Gaia Rubera stands as a prominent figure in academic leadership, currently holding the prestigious position of Amplifon Chair in Customer Science and serving as Head of the Marketing Department at Bocconi University and SDA Bocconi School of Management. Her impressive academic foundation was built at Bocconi University, where she earned both her Business Administration degree and PhD in Business Administration and Management. Her career trajectory includes significant roles as Research Manager at the Center for Global Innovation at USC's Marshall School of Business from 2007 to 2008, followed by a position as Assistant Professor at Michigan State University from 2008 to 2012.
