The International Monetary FundThomas Brandt is a distinguished risk management expert currently serving as an IMF Revenue Administration Expert at The International Monetary Fund, building upon his extensive career in federal service. As the Chief Risk Officer and Director of Planning and Risk at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, he brings nearly three decades of public sector experience. His notable tenure as CRO at the Internal Revenue Service led to the agency's Enterprise Risk Management Program receiving the prestigious 2021 RIMS Global ERM Award of Distinction.
