Shannon Pettiford

Shannon Pettiford, M.S., PMP, PMI-ACP, is a seasoned expert in program and project management, with a career spanning decades in digital marketing, IT, HR, finance, and strategic initiatives. With a focus on business process improvement and operations management, he has successfully led global programs in Fortune 500 companies. Shannon teaches graduate-level project management courses at Harvard Extension School, Northeastern University, and the University of Kansas.
