Robin Boyar is the founder of thinktank research & strategy, a consultancy based in the San Francisco Bay Area that specializes in understanding the digital consumer across various sectors, including media, technology, video gaming, and healthcare. With over 25 years of experience in market research, Robin has worked with prominent clients such as Activision/Blizzard, Amazon, Disney, and Microsoft. Her consultancy focuses on strategic analysis, usability testing, ethnographic research, and innovation workshops to help organizations refine their products and engage effectively with their audiences.Before founding thinktank, Robin led research efforts at Electronic Arts (EA), where she established the company's first centralized research department and contributed to the success of numerous video game franchises. She holds an A.B. from Bryn Mawr College in History of Art with a focus on art and technology.
