Matthew Strehlow

Dr. Matthew Strehlow is a Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine/Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine and serves as the Director of the Clinical Decision Unit. He is deeply involved in the global development of emergency medicine, co-directing the Stanford Emergency Medicine International (SEMI) program and fellowship. Dr. Strehlow has contributed to the advancement of emergency medical services in countries such as India, Nepal, and Cambodia. His dedication to education has earned him multiple teaching awards, including the Rising Star Speaking Award from the American College of Emergency Physicians. He teaches various courses, including COVID-19 Training for Healthcare Workers, available in multiple languages to reach a broader audience and enhance healthcare responses during the pandemic.
