Lorenz Prasch

Lorenz Prasch serves as a research associate at the Chair of Ergonomics at Technical University of Munich (TUM) since October 2016. With a B.Sc. in cognitive science from Eberhard-Karls Universität Tübingen and an M.Sc. in human factors engineering from TUM, he focuses on exploring ways to foster creativity in modern workplaces. His expertise spans user interface and experience design, workspace optimization, and virtual reality applications. His research has contributed to understanding how workplace environments can enhance creative thinking and productivity, including innovative work on VR personas as tools for user understanding. His recent doctoral work examines human factors challenges in creativity, demonstrating his commitment to advancing workplace design and human-computer interaction.
