SDA Bocconi School of ManagementLeonardo De Rossi serves as a Lecturer in the Leadership, Organization and Digital Technologies Knowledge Area at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he has made significant contributions to blockchain education and research. His academic credentials include a PhD from Copenhagen Business School with a research thesis on Bitcoin, a degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Università Bocconi, and executive certificates in Blockchain Strategy from Oxford's Saïd Business School and Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan. At Università Bocconi, he leads the master courses "Blockchain and cryptoassets" and "Bitcoin and Blockchain Fundamentals," while at SDA Bocconi, he coordinates the blockchain research stream at the Digital Enterprise Value and Organization (DEVO) Lab. As the operating director of "Fintech for Executive" and director of the "Blockchain for Business Programme," he has developed extensive expertise in digital transformation and emerging technologies. His research focuses primarily on Bitcoin, blockchain technologies, and their business implications, leading to numerous publications in international academic journals and books. His work earned recognition at the 2018 HICSS conference in the 'Move the Field Forward' category, and he received the Teaching Award for "The Blockchain Journey" in 2019. Since 2020, he has been contributing to the LIFT – Life Science and Biotech Lab, analyzing emerging digital technologies' impact on Human Health, and joined the CERGAS Digital Transformation Hub in 2024
