John Ragosta is a historian and lawyer with a distinguished academic career, having taught law and history at institutions such as the University of Virginia, George Washington University, and several colleges. He holds a PhD in early American history and a JD from the University of Virginia, along with an MA from George Washington University and a BS from Grove City College.
