Dr. Richard qualified as a doctor at Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ School of Medicine in London and completed his Master of Public Health (MPH) at Imperial College London, followed by higher specialty training in public health medicine. He has held a diverse array of roles across academia, health services, government, and the commercial sector.
