Daniel A. McFarland is a Professor of Education, Sociology, and Organizational Behavior at Stanford University, where he also directs the certificate program in Computational Social Science. Holding a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Chicago, he has made significant contributions to the field, publishing extensively on organizational behavior in leading sociology journals.
