As both a Clinical Professor and Director of Healthcare Communication at Purdue's Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering, he brings extensive expertise in healthcare-related communication challenges, persuasion, and social influence. Under his leadership, the online MS program has become the #1 ranked online master's in communication program in the country, offering specialized concentrations in Strategic Communication/Public Relations, Branding and Marketing Communication, Management Communication and Leadership, and Health Communication. His 15-year career spans work across various industries, including higher education, IT, healthcare, legal, and engineering sectors, where he has developed and evaluated strategic communication initiatives. His research focuses on telemedicine, telehealth, and the assessment of health, technology, and educational interventions, while maintaining a strong emphasis on providing students with practical, industry-focused education that translates theory and research into real-world solutions.
