Stanford UniversityAnne L. Friedlander has established herself as a leading expert in exercise physiology and healthy aging as an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University's Program in Human Biology. As Head of Movement & Exercise at Stanford's Lifestyle Medicine program, she focuses on enhancing human performance, environmental physiology, and promoting healthy aging through physical activity. Beyond academia, Friedlander consults with wellness companies to develop innovative fitness products and programs, while maintaining her passion for outdoor activities including skiing, running, biking, and hiking.
