Purdue UniversityAly El Gamal is an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University, bringing extensive expertise in machine learning and information theory. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, preceded by degrees from Nile University and Cairo University. His career includes valuable industry experience as an intern at Qualcomm's Office of the Chief Scientist and a postdoctoral position at the University of Southern California.
