Semester 1 introduces core subjects such as Business Communication, Financial Accounting, Micro Economics & Macro Economics, and Organisational Behavior. Semester 2 expands into Marketing Management, Quantitative Methods, Cost & Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Legal Aspects of Business, and Operations Management. Semester 3 focuses on advanced HR concepts including Corporate Finance, Research Methodology, Project Pre-work, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations & Labour Laws, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, and Organisational Development & Change. Tuition Fee
The NMIMS CDOE MBA in Human Resource Management programme offers flexible fee payment options to suit different financial preferences. An Admission Processing Fee of ₹1,200 is applicable for all admissions, with an initial amount of ₹10,000 collected from the programme fee at the time of registration. Students may choose from three payment plans — an Annual Payment Plan (Option 1) at ₹1,05,000 per year over 2 years, a Semester-wise Payment Plan (Option 2) at ₹55,000 per semester over 4 semesters, or a full upfront payment of ₹1,96,000. Additional charges include an exam fee of ₹800 per subject per attempt and a project fee of ₹800 per attempt. Demand Draft payments must be made in favour of SVKM's NMIMS, payable at Mumbai. A loan facility is available for students without a credit card, and No Cost EMI options are also offered. A special scholarship of 20% on the programme fee is available for Armed Forces, Paramilitary, and other forces personnel and their dependents. Fee structures are subject to change at the discretion of the University.
