About NMIMS

Established in 1981 by Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) in Mumbai, NMIMS evolved from a management institute into a multi-disciplinary deemed university in 2003. The university operates through 17 constituent schools and 9 centers of excellence, offering programs across management, engineering, pharmacy, architecture, science, law, and other disciplines. NMIMS has grown from a modest setup with 40 students to become one of India's premier educational institutions.

NMIMS provides comprehensive career support through its dedicated Training and Placement Office. The career services include personalized guidance, skill development workshops, and industry interaction programs. Students receive specialized training in soft skills, analytical abilities, and interview techniques. The placement process includes pre-placement talks, technical and aptitude tests, and multiple rounds of interviews.
