Dr. Pravesh Kumar Padamwar currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at IIM Raipur, where he also earned his Ph.D., building upon his B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from NIT Calicut. His diverse career spans 13 years, including nine years of industry experience with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and Hilti India Pvt. Ltd. in B2B sales and business development, before transitioning to academia through positions at IIM Sambalpur and IMI Bhubaneswar. His academic work focuses on consumer decision making, thinking style, and experimental studies, with publications in reputed journals and extensive teaching experience in various marketing courses.

Himanshu Srivastava

Professor of Marketing, IIM Raipur

He has established himself as a faculty member in the Marketing Management department at IIM Raipur, building upon his academic foundations of a PhD from IIM Indore and an MBA from Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management, Indore. His scholarly work has garnered recognition, notably winning the best paper award at the ICSSR-sponsored National Seminar on Global Issues on Management in 2017 for his research on Licensing or Compensating Behaviour, and he specializes in Consumer Behaviour, Service Marketing, and Decision Strategy.
