His research contributions, presented at international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals, span diverse areas including Trade Union Revitalisation and Strategy, the impact of Trade Unions on Productivity and Profitability in post-liberalization India, Diversity Management with a particular focus on disabled individuals, and Performance Management rating consistencies in cricket. Currently, he serves as a faculty member at IIM Lucknow, where he teaches Human Resource Management as a core course in the Post Graduate Programme (PGP).

Dr Pavni Kaushiva

Professor of Human Resource Management

Prof. Kaushiva combines expertise in management studies with a strong technical foundation, holding a PhD in Management from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University Noida. Her academic focus centers on diversity in organizations, gender and women's studies, and social issues in management, which she explores both in her research and teaching. Before her academic career, she demonstrated excellence as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Limited and gained valuable teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant during her doctoral studies, bringing a blend of practical and theoretical knowledge to her current role where she specializes in teaching diversity and designing work organizations.
