Before her academic career, she demonstrated excellence as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Limited and gained valuable teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant during her doctoral studies, bringing a blend of practical and theoretical knowledge to her current role where she specializes in teaching diversity and designing work organizations.
