He has authored significant works including "Resolute Japan" which examines Japanese corporate resurgence through interviews with over 100 CEOs. As Director of Waseda Blue Ocean Shift Institute and Deputy Director of Global Strategic Leadership Institute, he leads various global executive programs in collaboration with prestigious institutions like IMD, Wharton, and HEC. His expertise extends beyond academia through his service on multiple government ministry committees and his role as an independent director at Toyo Inc SC Holdings, making him a prominent figure in both business education and corporate governance in Japan.
