The World Bank GroupYoungyun (Susie) Lee serves as a Digital Government/GovTech consultant at the World Bank Group, where she has made significant contributions to digital transformation initiatives in developing countries. After earning dual degrees in International Relations (MA) and Public Relations (MS), she built her career across various organizations including IOM-UN Migration Agency, South Korea's Ministry of Unification, and Fleishman Hillard. At the World Bank, she has played a key role in developing the Digital Government Readiness Assessment (DGRA) toolkit, a comprehensive diagnostic tool that helps governments assess their readiness for digital transformation. As part of the Digital Development Global Practice team, she manages the online version of the DGRA toolkit, which serves as a database for analytics and visualization of countries' relative digital readiness. Her work includes facilitating strategic policy dialogues with governments and supporting the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across developing nations. She contributes to the World Bank's ELearning Course for Digital Skills for ICT Entrepreneurs in FCV Countries, sharing her expertise in digital government transformation and policy development.
