Vitaliano Fiorillo

As a Lecturer of Operations and Technology at SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Contract Professor of Management at Bocconi University, he directs the AGRI Lab - Romeo and Enrica Invernizzi Agribusiness Research Initiative and the Agribusiness Management Development Program. His research focuses on supply chain management and sustainability, particularly within the food and beverage industry. Recently, he has explored various topics, including supply chain management in both manufacturing and services, sustainable agriculture, food security, food safety, and broader themes of sustainability and environmental development.
