Vishal Gupta

Vishal Gupta serves as a Professor in the Organizational Behaviour area at IIM Ahmedabad and chairs the prestigious Ashank Desai Centre for Leadership and Organizational Development. His unique career trajectory combines technical expertise, with experience as a Hardware Design Engineer at ST Microelectronics and Infineon Technologies AG, with academic excellence, holding a doctorate in Human Resource Management from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS-Pilani.
