Mr. Yung Tat To is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and a part-time instructor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong's Institute of Integrative Medicine. With years of experience in the field, he has dedicated himself to teaching various Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) bachelor courses, focusing on essential subjects such as the Fundamental Theories of TCM, Clinical Chinese Materia Medica, and Chinese Medicinal Formulae. In addition to his educational contributions, Mr. Yung is actively engaged in clinical research, participating in trials that explore acupuncture treatments for gallstone disease and internal medicine approaches for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). His dual commitment to teaching and research not only enhances the academic environment but also advances the practice and understanding of Chinese medicine, making him a valuable asset to both students and the broader medical community.
