Dr. Theodore H. K. Clark is an Associate Professor in the Information Systems, Business Statistics, and Operations Management Department (ISOM) at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He holds degrees in Engineering (BS), Law (JD), Business (Harvard MBA), and Information Systems Management (Harvard DBA).
