Tayseer Almattar is a dedicated advocate for design-driven innovation, focusing on transformative change through design thinking. As a Visiting Lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design, he plays a crucial role in shaping the future of innovation by imparting essential design principles to aspiring creators and innovators. Through his organization, TforDesign, Tayseer has reached over 50,000 learners worldwide, fostering a culture of design innovation through immersive learning experiences.His extensive experience includes consulting on impactful projects for global brands and leading workshops that promote creativity and collaboration. Tayseer’s expertise encompasses Design Consultation, Quality Assurance, and Industrial Skills Training, allowing him to address complex challenges effectively. He is the author of the acclaimed book Learn SOLIDWORKS, aimed at simplifying complex tools for aspiring designers. Tayseer holds a Master's in Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a BA in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
