As course coordinator for modules including IS3101 Information Systems Leadership and Communication and ES2002 Business Communication for Leaders, she focuses on preparing students for the challenges of a globalized workplace. Her recent research examines student engagement in experiential learning environments and workplace communication demands, contributing to curriculum development that integrates emerging technologies like GenAI while addressing intercultural and intergenerational communication challenges.
