Sylvia Holthoff

Sylvia Holthoff is a German pedagogue with nearly twenty years of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and special needs. Her diverse career includes roles in outdoor experiential learning, leading a residential care pilot program for young people, and developing a cross-border Polish-German environmental education initiative for individuals with learning disabilities. Sylvia is a qualified outdoor and experiential learning facilitator and systemic counselor. She co-developed and facilitated the first UK social pedagogy course as part of the National Center for Excellence in Residential Child Care pilot project, which led to the founding of ThemPra in 2008 with Gabriel.
