Sverker Werin

Dr. Sverker Werin is a Professor of Accelerator Physics at Lund University and the MAX IV Laboratory in Sweden. With extensive experience in accelerator technology dating back to the 1980s, he has taught numerous courses in Accelerator Physics. Dr. Werin is dedicated to public outreach, visiting schools and libraries annually to educate audiences about light and accelerators. He is also involved in the "Introduction to Particle Accelerators" course offered on Coursera, where he shares his expertise in this specialized field.
