Steve Joordens

Steve Joordens teaches a massive Introductory Psychology course at the University of Toronto at Scarborough, enrolling around 1,900 students. Renowned for his engaging lectures and technological innovations in large and online courses, he focuses on enhancing student learning and building community. Outside of academia, Steve is the lead guitarist and singer for his hobby band, "The Freakin Lola's," and enjoys riding his Ducati to clear his mind. A passionate advocate for critical thinking and animal welfare, Steve actively promotes issues related to humane treatment.
