Professor Stefan Andreas Sperlich is a distinguished academic at the University of Geneva, where he has been a professor of statistics and econometrics since 2010. He completed his diploma in mathematics at the University of Göttingen and earned a Ph.D. in economics from Humboldt University of Berlin. Prior to his current role, he held positions as a Professor of Statistics at the University Carlos III de Madrid from 1998 to 2006 and served as the chair of econometrics at the University of Göttingen from 2006 to 2010.
