Somenath Chatterjee, an investment banker and CEO of PKS Capital Advisory, with 15 years of experience in banking, is also the Co-Founder of Versatile Healthcare Advisory LLP. Specializing in raising capital for companies through equity dilution, he advises on fund-raising strategies and capital structuring, with expertise in fintech and health tech setups. Pursuing an executive PhD in Accounts and Finance from IIM Ranchi, he is a prolific speaker at national forums on banking and finance and has authored numerous articles on the subject.
