Smriti Anand is the Assistant Director of the Master of Business Administration program at the Illinois Institute of Technology's Stuart School of Business. She is also a Professor of Management, where she teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management at undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral levels. Smriti has published extensively in leading management journals and has received several awards for her teaching excellence, including the IIT Stuart School of Business Beta Gamma Sigma Professor of the Year Award. Additionally, she is actively involved in professional organizations and has experience in high-tech industries, managing cross-functional teams and leading product development initiatives.
