Shobha Bhobe serves as Assistant General Manager and Faculty at State Bank Institute of Leadership in Kolkata, bringing over three decades of comprehensive banking experience. Her educational background includes graduation in both Philosophy and Law, complemented by certification as an Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Throughout her career at SBI, she has held various leadership positions including branch head roles, while developing expertise in organizational behavior and leadership development. As a faculty member, she specializes in essential management skills including motivation, assertiveness, personal effectiveness, values, communication, decision-making, and work-life balance.
