Shayne Roux

Dr. Shayne Roux is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Industrial Psychology at Stellenbosch University, specializing in Human Capital Consulting with over 30 years of extensive experience in the FMCG industry. He holds a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, with his dissertation titled “The Impact of Positive Organisational Factors on the Career Success of Black Employees in the South African Work Environment: An Exploratory Study.” Dr. Roux is recognized for his expertise in managing human capital, which encompasses Human Resources Strategy, Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, and Employee Engagement. He teaches courses in Talent Management and Organizational Behavior as part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic HR Management and the Industrial Psychology Masters Program at Stellenbosch University.
