Dr. Saad Omer is a prominent researcher and the Director of the Yale Institute for Global Health. He has conducted extensive studies across various countries, including the United States, Guatemala, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, and Australia. His research portfolio encompasses the epidemiology of respiratory viruses such as influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and COVID-19.
