Robert WRIGHT

Dr. Robert Wright serves as Associate Professor of Strategy at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he has established himself as a multi-award winning educator and researcher over a 30-year career in tertiary education. His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Human Resources from The University of Hong Kong, a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor of Business from Western Australian College of Advanced Education. His scholarly influence is evidenced through his editorial roles, serving as Associate Editor of the Journal of Management Education and on the Editorial Review Boards of prestigious journals including the Academy of Management Learning & Education and Organizational Research Methods. His research excellence was recognized with Best Paper of the Year from the Journal of Management Studies and the Emerald Citations of Excellence Award. Beyond academia, he has maintained strong professional connections as a Life Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and served on the Executive Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management for 14 years.
