Richard Boyatzis

Richard E. Boyatzis is a Distinguished University Professor at Case Western Reserve University, specializing in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, and Cognitive Science. He is known for his Intentional Change Theory (ICT) and research on leadership, emotional intelligence, and coaching effectiveness, including fMRI studies. Ranked as the #9 Most Influential International Thinker by HR Magazine, he has authored over 150 articles and several best-selling books, including Primal Leadership and Resonant Leadership. Boyatzis holds a BS from MIT and a MS and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Harvard University.
