Paula Caproni

Paula J. Caproni is a faculty member in the Management and Organizations Department at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. She holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University. Caproni specializes in leadership skills, effective coaching, and team development, having coached over 500 executives and served as the lead Professional Development Coach for the Executive MBA Program. Her online course, The Science of Success: What Researchers Know that You Should Know, is available on Coursera and has been recognized as one of the best MOOCs by Poets & Quants.
