Mike Smith is a consultant and workshop facilitator at TLX, specializing in behavioral objectives and leadership. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, he has delivered global programs and uses his expertise in diagnostics to create alignment within organizations. Mike is a Master trainer of the MRG leadership tools and previously served as Group Human Resources Manager at Tioxide. Holding a BA in social sciences and post-graduate qualifications in Education and Counselling, he is passionate about engagement, involvement, and empowerment, aiming to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he works with.
