Mike Rosenberg serves as Professor of the Practice of Management in IESE's Strategic Management department, where he has been teaching since joining part-time in 1999 before becoming a full-time faculty member in 2003. His extensive career includes significant roles as Automotive Practice Leader at Heidrick & Struggles and 15 years as a Management consultant with A.T. Kearney and Arthur D. Little. His academic credentials include a Ph.D. from Cranfield University, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture from the University of Michigan. He has authored three influential books: "Strategy and Sustainability" (2018), which examines business-environment relationships from a corporate perspective; "Strategy and Geopolitics" (2018), which addresses the intersection of business strategy with global political dynamics; and his most recent work, "Learning to Fly," which provides guidance on career management in today's complex business environment. He currently teaches in IESE's MBA and Executive Education programs, focusing on strategy, geopolitics, and sustainability, while also maintaining a weekly blog titled "Doing Business on the Earth.
