Melanie Manos

Melanie Manos is an interdisciplinary artist specializing in performance, lens-based media, and installation art. She serves as a Lecturer IV at the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design and is an accomplished researcher and performer with international exhibitions in Canada, Japan, and the UK. Manos' work explores themes of labor, social justice, and the human/technology interface, including collaborative projects with Sarah Buckius as part of The ManosBuckius Cooperative. Her courses include Visualizing Women's Work: Using Art Media for Social Justice, focusing on the intersection of art and social change.
