Lija Hogan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in usability research, user-centered design, and the strategic management of large-scale web and mobile platforms. Her career has been marked by a commitment to understanding user needs and translating them into effective, innovative digital experiences.Currently, Lija serves as the Director of Solutions Consulting at UserTesting, where she collaborates with organizations to refine their user experience strategies and deliver impactful solutions. In addition to her industry role, she is a dedicated educator, teaching in the School of Information at the University of Michigan and contributing to the University’s Micromasters MOOC program, where she shares her deep knowledge of user experience and digital design with learners worldwide.Lija’s academic achievements are as impressive as her professional career.
