Ligia Paina, PhD

Ligia Paina is an Assistant Scientist in the International Health Department's Health System Program at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. As a health system researcher with expertise in international studies and global public health systems, she focuses on applying multi- and transdisciplinary methods to examine how systems and their actors adapt, with a particular emphasis on health systems undergoing transitions.
