Transitioning to the role of hotelier in 2006, he joined citizenM, where he now leads the company’s commercial strategy and transformational initiatives. A recognized thought leader in hotel online marketing, demand management, and sales, Lennert co-founded Snapshot alongside David Turnbull, Michael Heinze, and Michael Levie.
