Laurence Boisson de Chazournes has been a Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva since 1999, specializing in international law, international organizations, and environmental law. She has served as a Senior Advisor to the World Bank and has extensive experience advising states and international organizations, including the UN, WHO, and WTO. Dr. Boisson de Chazournes is an active member of various international legal bodies, including the Permanent Court of Arbitration and the Sports Court, and she participates in significant policy discussions as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council Advisory Committee and the High-Level Panel on Water and Peace.
