Kirby Kohlmorgen

Kirby Kohlmorgen is a Senior Curriculum Engineer at MongoDB, where he focuses on developing educational content and resources for users of the database platform. While studying computer science at Purdue University, he founded BoilerMake, the university's first large-scale hackathon, showcasing his commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration in technology. Prior to his role at MongoDB, Kirby gained experience as a developer evangelist intern at Pebble, where he conducted technical workshops across the country on utilizing the Pebble SDK. His background combines a passion for education with hands-on experience in software development and community engagement.
