Kimberly Williams

Dr. Kimberley Williams is currently the Online Programs Coordinator and a Professional in Residence at the Bert S. Turner Department of Construction Management at Louisiana State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Leadership Development, along with an MBA and several other degrees from LSU. Dr. Williams has a robust background in online education and has received the CETF Educator of Practice Award. Her research interests include leadership, online learning, organizational behavior, and workforce training and development. In her teaching role, she covers topics such as Construction Project Management and Human Factors & Leadership in Construction Management.
