Joel Adriance

Joel Adriance has established himself as a leading expert in youth development and social innovation at the International Youth Foundation (IYF). After earning his master's degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and completing the Reynolds Fellowship in Social Entrepreneurship at Harvard's Center for Public Leadership, he has focused on developing youth leadership and social entrepreneurship programs. As Director of Training & Learning for YouthActionNet®, IYF's signature initiative, he oversees 12 national and regional institutes across Latin America, Spain, and Portugal, promoting youth citizenship and social innovation
