Dr. Jeffrey Nytch is an award-winning educator, composer, and thought leader in arts entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Center for Music at the University of Colorado Boulder. His innovative approach to teaching has earned him the 2020 Sharon Alpi Award for Innovative Pedagogy from the Society for Arts Entrepreneurship Education. Under his leadership, the center has gained recognition as one of the world's leading programs in arts entrepreneurship and career development, receiving the Excellence in Specialty Entrepreneurship Award from the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers.With a diverse background that includes dual bachelor’s degrees in music and geology from Franklin & Marshall College and advanced degrees from Rice University, Dr. Nytch combines his artistic and scientific expertise to foster creativity in his students. He teaches several courses focused on building careers in music, including "Building Your Artistic Brand," "Launching Your Music Career," and "Promotional Materials Every Musician Needs." His contributions to the field extend beyond teaching; he is also a prolific composer whose works have been performed at prestigious venues such as Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. Through his efforts, Jeffrey Nytch continues to inspire and equip the next generation of musicians with essential entrepreneurial skills for success in their careers.
