Jeff Flesher

Jeff Flesher is an Adjunct Lecturer of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he joined the iMBA faculty in 2015. He brings a wealth of experience to his role, having held various leadership positions in organizational development and management across multiple industries. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Learning and Organization Development at Underwriters Laboratories, where he focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Dr. Flesher has a diverse educational background, holding a Ph.D. in Human Resource Education from the University of Illinois, an M.S. in Technology Education from Eastern Illinois University, and a B.S. in History from the University of the State of New York.In his teaching, Dr. Flesher emphasizes practical applications of financial management and strategic leadership through courses like "Financial Management Capstone," "Innovation: From Creativity to Entrepreneurship Capstone," and "Strategic Leadership and Management Capstone." His extensive professional experience complements his academic pursuits, allowing him to provide students with valuable insights into real-world business challenges.
